Gazelle Horns (Cornes de Gazelle) are a very popular Moroccan pastry. Though its shape is reminiscent of a crescent, it actually represents a gazelle horn, hence its name. Known in Morocco as Kaab El Ghazal, these pastries are widely served at celebrations, particularly weddings. Filled with almond paste and orange blossom filling, they are a pure delight! 

Our Moroccan Gazelle Horns are made with gluten-free ingredients.

Amal uses a family recipe, passed down by her grandmother while ensuring the result is gluten-free and reduced in sugar.

 We offer you 3 versions: 

  1. THE GAZELLE HORNS ROALLED IN A THIN CRISP DOUGH
  2. THE GAZELLE HORNS COATED WITH SESAME SEEDS (Vegan)
  3. THE GAZELLE HORNS COATED WITH SLICED ALMONDS (Vegan) 

The second and third options (Gazelle Horns Coated with Sesame Seeds and Gazelle Horns Coated with Sliced Almonds) are sweetened ONLY with dates, so they won't spike your glycemic index—not to mention dates offer many health benefits. 

Upon request, the first option (Gazelle Horns Rolled in a Thin Crisp Dough) may also be sweetened with dates.
