The Ghriba Bahla Moroccan Macaroons are a version of the shortbread cookie. They have a pleasantly surprising crunch and tasty flavor! This version of Ghriba is made with an all-purpose organic gluten-free flour, butter, sugar, and contain NO nuts. They’re a family favorite in many Moroccan homes, and so deliciously crumbly that you’ll probably want to hold a napkin under the cookie when you bite!
